Hey Systems

Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 4, 2026

This page explains what Hey Systems does with your information when you join the waitlist for the 30-day challenge. Hey Systems is run by Amy Mitchell in Canada. "We" and "I" on this page mean Hey Systems.

What I collect

Why I collect it

I use your email address to send you details about the 30-day challenge. This includes when registration opens, the date and price, and updates about the challenge. If you buy the challenge, I'll also email you what you need to take part.

Your permission

When you join the waitlist, you give me permission to email you about the challenge. You can take that permission back at any time. Every email has an unsubscribe link. Click it and you stop receiving emails.

Who handles your information

I do not sell your information. I do not share it with anyone else for their own use.

Cookies and tracking

This page does not use advertising trackers or analytics. Kit or Vercel may set the small files that their own services need to work.

How long I keep it

I keep your email address until you unsubscribe or ask me to delete it. After that, I remove it from my email list.

Your choices

You can ask me to show you the information I hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email me at amy@heysystems.co and I'll reply.

Where your information is stored

Kit and Vercel store information on servers that may be outside Canada, including in the United States. Their own privacy policies describe how they protect it.

Changes to this policy

If I change this policy, I'll post the new version on this page and update the date at the top.
